Return & Refund Policy

A 20% restocking fee will be charged for non-defective products that are returned within 30 days of the order date. Products must be returned in new / unused condition along with the original packaging and owners manuals. We do not charge a restocking fee for products that are defective.

Customers are required to pay return shipping costs to our facility for any non-defective products. Kelley Distribution will provide a pre-paid return label for any defective products.

Products are to be shipped by Fedex, UPS or USPS ground to 2314 Johnson Street, Unit #15, Hollywood, FL 33020. Products must be returned in new / unused condition along with the original packaging and owners manuals.

If there is damage to your products, please take a photo and send to us at info@kelleydistribution.com for review. This will help to determine the fastest response and course of action for us to resolve the issue.

If the wrong product was sent/received, please notify us at info@kelleydistribution.com so that we can work with you to ship the correct product and have the incorrect product returned to our facility.

All of our products are shipped by Fedex, UPS or USPS ground service. We retain all tracking numbers. If your product did not arrive, please contact us at info@kelleydistribution.com so that we can work with you and the freight carrier to determine what happened and resolve the issue for you.

Customers may cancel their orders with written communication to info@kelleydistribution.com

All of our products include a minimum 1 year manufacturer warranty (unless specifically stated on the web-site).

Refunds for returned products will be processed within 10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned product.
